Our Team

Featured on The Entrepreneur Magazine E-Biz Radio ShowThe Partner Maker is the brainchild of affiliate industry pros just like you who believe today's current affiliate recruitment and communications tool set is fundamentally flawed. Founded by affiliate managers, and built specifically for affiliate managers, the company provides premier advertisers and affiliates with a more efficient means to meet, qualify each other and communicate privately, without restrictions.

We offer Web affiliates and marketers the ability to move faster -- grow revenue and/or generate more leads -- by taking disconnected processes and connecting them.

Are You an Affiliate Network?
No. We're a Web-based hub for business development, not an affiliate network. We provide:

  • A database filled with profile information on top affiliates and advertisers
  • A communications management tool

Management Team
David Delisle and Jeff Molander have been pioneers in online affiliate marketing since its inception. Both have a successful track record in founding their own consulting and service-based companies (Webbloom and Molander & Associates Inc.) with Molander having helped found affiliate network, Performics Inc. (now DoubleClickPerformics, a unit of Google Inc.) in 1998. Together, the two entrepreneurs have combined operational and sales/marketing expertise to create a better way for affiliates and advertisers to do business together.

David DelisleDavid is responsible for development, customer service and operations of The Partner Maker leveraging his business and technical experience in developing a product specifically suited to the needs of busy affiliate managers. Before founding The Partner Maker, he founded WebBloom Designs Inc. (www.webbloom.com), a vibrant marketing company rooted in the heart of Victoria, British Columbia.

This perspective is further strengthened through his expertise as a computer programmer, web developer, and SEO expert.

His passion for online marketing started at the early age of 12 when he started a Bulletin Board Service (BBS); an early version of a website and many years before the World Wide Web. This was his first encounter with the potential marketing power of the Internet, as he found himself easily communicating with people from all walks of life.

Later, he completed a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business and found himself working for Abebooks, which has become the most important virtual supplier of used books in the world. During his time as online marketing manger at Abebooks, he was able to swell their multi-million dollar affiliate program by over 500% in his first year.
