Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. That's why we have adopted the following Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal information is processed and used. We promise that we will take steps to use your personal information only in ways that are outlined in this Privacy Policy. The following policies are in effect for The Partner Maker LLC (hereafter referred to as "PARTNER MAKER").

Some areas of this Web site may be accessed and/or viewed by the general public; however not all visitors to this Web site may access or use Partner Maker accounts. Each password-protected Partner Maker account is available for use only by persons or businesses that choose to maintain an account with the Partner Maker, our "Customers."

What information are you collecting and how are you collecting it?

Every computer connected to the Internet is given a domain name and a set of numbers that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" or IP address. When a visitor requests a page from any Web site operated by PARTNER MAKER, our Web servers automatically recognize that visitor's domain name and IP address. The domain name and IP address reveal nothing personal about you other than the IP address from which you have accessed our site. We use this information to examine our traffic in aggregate, and to investigate misuse of PARTNER MAKER's Web sites or to cooperate with law enforcement. We do not collect this information for specific individuals other than our Customers. Our Web servers cannot and, therefore, do not automatically record e-mail addresses of the visitors.

Affiliate partner related information is accessed by PARTNER MAKER through its business partnership with Molander & Associates Inc. which maintains its own Privacy Policy located at www.theaffiliatelist.com.

What information do you collect when I purchase something?

As part of providing its services, PARTNER MAKER enables Customers to access and better manage their various Web partner contacts through a secure, password-protected, Web-accessible database and e-mail tool. PARTNER MAKER requires all Customers to create an account containing information such as name, title, company name, physical address, telephone and email address. PARTNER MAKER does not distribute or in any way share with any third party, including other PARTNER MAKER Customers, any information Customers may place in PARTNER MAKER's computers or databases.

If you are purchasing an account from PARTNER MAKER, we and any third party transaction processing provider, need to know your name, e-mail address, company, mailing address, credit card number and expiration date. This allows PARTNER MAKER, or third party providers, to process and fulfill your order and to facilitate communications, to you, of your order status at any given time. This information may also be used by us to notify you of related products and services. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or sold to third parties for any purpose... except as provided in this Privacy Policy... without your express permission.

PARTNER MAKER and any of its third party processors, such as PayPal, use a shopping cart feature that safeguards this information by using industry standard Secure Socket Layer (known as SSL) encrypted servers. This SSL technology codes the information transferred between you and the server, rendering it unreadable to anyone trying to intercept the vital transaction information.

Customers are responsible for all usage and activity on their PARTNER MAKER account and for loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of their password (other than through PARTNER MAKER's negligent or willful conduct or omission). Customers shall provide PARTNER MAKER with prompt written notification of any known or suspected unauthorized use of their PARTNER MAKER account or breach of the security of their PARTNER MAKER account.

How will you use my e-mail and postal address?

We maintain a serious "No-Spam" policy. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise give your e-mail address to a third-party without your consent or as permitted by this Privacy Policy. We may from time to time send e-mail announcing new PARTNER MAKER products and services. Except as stated above, PARTNER MAKER will not send you e-mail that you have not agreed to receive. If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, you may receive postal mailings from other third party companies PARTNER MAKER uses. When you use a third party provider service, such as our transaction processor or PayPal, your information may be passed to the third party and their use of your information is subject to their applicable privacy policies.

What are cookies?

From time to time, PARTNER MAKER may send a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is a small bit of data that is sent to your Internet browser from an Internet server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie cannot read data that is residing on your computer hard disk or read cookie files created by other Web sites. We may use cookies to identify which areas of PARTNER MAKER's Web sites you have visited, so the next time you visit, those pages may be readily accessible. The cookies PARTNER MAKER uses does not allow PARTNER MAKER to determine the identity of any user of that browser or gather any other personally identifiable information about that user. We may use additional cookies in the future.

Will you disclose the information you collect to outside third parties?

PARTNER MAKER will disclose personal information and/or an IP address, when required by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

  1. Cooperate with the investigations of suspected unlawful activities and conform to the edicts of the law... or comply with legal process served on PARTNER MAKER
