(now DoubleclickPerformics, a unit of Google Inc.) in 1998. Together, the two entrepreneurs have combined expertise to create a better way for affiliates and advertisers to do business together.

David Delisle, CTO & Founder

David DelisleDavid is responsible for development, customer service and operations of The Partner Maker leveraging his business and technical experience in developing a product specifically suited to the needs of busy affiliate managers. Before building The Partner Maker, he founded WebBloom Designs Inc. (www.webbloom.com), a vibrant marketing company rooted in the heart of Victoria, British Columbia.

He is an active member in the affiliate marketing community — known for challenging ideas and trends in an effort to drive this evolving medium. Through his past experience as both a super affiliate and affiliate manager, he is able to offer a unique perspective on many challenges facing the industry. This perspective is further strengthened through his expertise as a computer programmer, Web developer, and SEO expert.

His passion for online marketing started at the early age of 12 when he started a Bulletin Board Service (BBS)… an early version of a website and many years before the World Wide Web. This was his first encounter with the potential marketing power of the Internet, as he found himself easily communicating with people from all walks of life.

Later, he completed a degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business and found himself working for Abebooks, which has become the most important virtual supplier of used books in the world. During his time as online marketing manager at Abebooks, he was able to swell their multi-million dollar affiliate program by over 500% in his first year.

David currently lives in Victoria, British Columbia where he is wired to the web 24/7.
